We participated last year. Do we need to register again this year?

Answer: Yes. Go to the registration page here and re-register.

 

Can a child submit more that one card design?

Answer: No. Each child can only submit one design.

 

Is there a deadline date for the school coordinator to submit pupil's artwork?

Answer: Please allow at least 2 weeks from the date the school coordinator submthe pupils artwork.

 

When and how do we pay you?

Answer: We send the school an invoice with the completed card packs and request your payment within 28 days.

 

Who should cheques from parents be made payable to?

Answer: Parents make the cheques payable to the school, NOT to Koolkardz. The school collects all the individual payments and then they raise one cheque payable against the invoice provided.

 

Is there a minimum number of pupils that can participate in any one school?

Answer: Yes. There is a minimum of 30 pupils per school.

 

Can groups other than schools participate?

Answer: Yes. We are happy to run similar projects for other groups but the format on the reverse of the card is still restricted to name, group and organization.

 

How long does delivery of the cards take?

Answer: The entire process from receipt of your order to delivery of cards is normally within 2 weeks.

 

How does the children's artwork get to Koolkardz?

Answer: The coordinator collects the artwork from the individual class teachers and posts them back to Koolkardz.

 

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Answer: Yes. Each school must place a minimum order of 30 packs. Each pack contains 10 cards and parents can order multiple packs if they wish.

 

Do you print on the inside of the cards or are they left blank?

Answer: We leave the inside of the card blank to allow individuals to complete the cards as desired.

My child was absent when the artwork was posted to KoolKardz. Can we still submit artwork?

Answer: Yes, As long as we have not already sent the sample cards we can still accommodate late entries - after all, no one wants to miss Christmas!

 

Can the school order re-prints?

Answer: Yes. However, there is a minimum order of 20 packs per school for a re-print.

 

Do you accept children's artwork that is not on your template?

Answer: Artwork must be submitted on a Koolkardz template only, for scanning and sizing purposes.

 

How much should the school charge the parents per pack of 10 cards?

Answer: We recommend £6.00 per pack, but the school may decide to set its own fundraising targets.

 

Can card designs be submitted by friends or relatives of the children attending the named school?

Answer: Only children attending the school can submit their artwork.

 

Can the schools submit artwork for cards for any occasion?

Answer: Yes, we can produce cards for any occasions other than Christmas. Special runs, e.g. for parent's business can be considered, but must be discussed directly with Koolkardz.

 

My child's name is spelt incorrectly on their sample card, what can I do?

Answer: The child's name can be corrected on the parental order form. The coordinator must then make this amendment when placing your order with Koolkardz.

 

What drawing materials can the children use to create the artwork?

Answer: Felt tip and coloured pencils only.
