A coordinator orders our free Template Kit, which contains pre-printed drawing paper and a carton for returning the finished pictures.
We return a free sample card of each design to you within two weeks of receipt of your artwork.
Parents see the sample card, place and pay for their order.
The co-ordinator sends us the completed order form and the printed cards will be despatched within 10 working days.
If the order is from a school or registered charity, we will raise an invoice to be paid within 28 days, otherwise we will start producing the cards once we have received payment in full.
Step by Step
1) Nominate a Coordinator.
2) Register -
3) We send the templates and a return carton.
4) Send the completed templates back in the carton provided.
5) We send one of each card and an order form back.
6) Children take home the cards and order forms for parents to complete.
7) The coordinator collects the orders and payment and returns the order forms to us.
8) We print and despatch beautiful original cards in packs of 10 at £4.75 per pack
9) The school sends payment within 28 days.
