Can  the school logo be printed on the cards?

We can print your school’s logo on the reverse of the cards if you upload it as an image file when you register your details.

We can accept your logo as an image file in one of the following formats: JPG, JPEG, TIFF, TIF, PNG, BMP or EPS. If your logo is currently saved in a different format, open it in your image manipulation program, select “Save As”, and then select one of the above format types in the drop-down menu to convert it to one of the above formats.

We need to crop Logos down to the right size and we cannot crop a logo that is a small image on a large document. To crop your image, either cut and paste it on to the correct document size, or use a cropping tool. Most image manipulation programs will have a cropping tool.

The image you send us needs to be of a high enough quality to print well without looking pixelated or “blocky”. Open your image up in any image manipulation program and check the image size.

As a guideline, try to ensure a usable image size as follows:

If you are not sure, try printing your logo onto paper. If it comes out at least 50mm tall and 50mm wide, and the image quality appears acceptable, then the image should be ok for reproduction

We are able to accept the following but at an additional cost to cover the additional preparation time required:

Please DO NOT send logos in GIF format  as these result in very low quality images.
